Is your Child ready for the fall?
Whether you believe in the current statistics or not, I think we can all agree that 'summer learning loss' is a real concern. This year we are especially concerned when we consider the myriad of challenges our elementary students faced within the school system. Research indicates that many students are behind in the critical areas of reading, math and critical thinking.
Summer should be filled with laughter, blue skies, and friends. This year it will also need to be filled with a quality enrichment program to ensure that your student is truly ready for the next grade. An Excellent Alternative will provide your child with the review and practice necessary to make sure that they did not miss any key skills or knowledge this year. In addition to our school work, we will have fun throughout the week. We will have splash/water time, science experiments, arts and crafts projects and more!
